Participates in coordinating/scheduling the processing of patient orders with warehouse personnel. Performs pre-delivery phone calls to patients, nursing staff or other agencies to monitor supply inventories and determine specific patient supply needs.
Prepares patient delivery tickets for processing. Monitors equipment assigned to patients for preventative maintenance requirements. Communicates with physician office personnel regarding authorization to refill, continue or discontinue enteral products.
Customer service duties as well.
High school diploma is required. At least one year related experience is required. Knowledge of basic drug terminology and pharmaceutical calculations. CPht required but will consider candidate with experience and willingness to get certified.
Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred. Excellent customer service skills desired. Must be able to multi-task.
