Our comprehensive line of durable medical equipment includes respiratory equipment such as ventilators, CPAP machines, and oxygen supplies. We also offer ostomy, urological, tracheostomy, and wound care equipment to assist your in-home care plan.
Enteral Therapy
In homecare, we often think of enteral nutrition as the liquid that goes through a tube into your stomach or small intestine. An enteral feeding program is necessary when you cannot eat an adequate amount of nourishment to sustain life by mouth, but your digestive system is at least partially functioning. Home enteral nutrition (HEN) refers to enteral feeding administered in the home setting. HEN provides the appropriate number of calories, nutrients, protein, carbohydrates, fats and essential vitamins and minerals. The therapy may be for only a few weeks or a lifetime. The formula may be taken orally, bolus (syringe), gravity (feeding bag), or by an enteral electronic pump. With time, training, and experience; people using enteral nutrition at home can have an improved health-related quality of life.
High-Frequency Chest Wall Oscillation (HFCWO)
If you have a chronic respiratory condition, it may be hard for you to keep your lungs clear. HFCWO therapy is an airway clearance device that may be an effective treatment option for you that can be conveniently administered at home. Our goal is for your health-related quality of life to improve and for you and your loved ones to feel confident in your care.
Home INR Testing
For patients using blood-thinning medications PT/INR testing on a consistent basis is important in monitoring and preventing clotting and stroke. PT/INR home testing and monitoring is a safe and reliable way to get your results without going to a lab or provider's office through our affiliate with mdINR®. This therapy not only offers quick results from the convenience of your home, but it is very simple to use.
Nebulizer Therapy
Nebulizers use compressed air to break up medical solutions into small aerosol droplets that can be directly inhaled from the mouthpiece of the device. A Small Volume Nebulizer (SVN) is primarily used as a drug delivery device to administer medication in the form of a mist inhaled into the lungs. A SVN system is composed of a portable compressor, tubing, and a reusable nebulizer kit, which may include a mask or a mouthpiece. Delivering medication directly to your lungs is an effective home therapy for opening airways and delivering pulmonary antibiotics.
Oxygen Therapy
Preferred Homecare™ offers a full suite of oxygen therapies and services. Each regime is tailored to meet the patient’s individual prescription and need and is supported by the best in clinical expertise, education and resources, as well as timely and courteous customer service. We offer oxygen concentrators, cylinders, conserving devices and Portable Oxygen Concentrators (POCs) to our patients.

NPWT in the home has shown to help close these types of wounds faster and with reduced treatment costs, making NPWT both effective and economical.Other Out-of-Pocket Services
There's a wide range of DME products that are offered by our affiliate providers which you can buy direct. Some insurance companies may cover these products, in which case you can obtain them through your local Preferred Homecare™ center. However, there are circumstances where you might choose to buy the products directly, and these companies offer that opportunity.
